VeraEsports teamed up with Tencent to announce a PUBG MOBILE tournament called Ultimate Warrior Showdown (UWS): PUBG MOBILE Asia Invitational organized by Esports Business Network. The event featured a $90,000 total prize pool, witnessing participation from 16 directly invited professional PUBG MOBILE teams from across Asia. The 16 team PUBG MOBILE tournament took place from 5th to 7th July. A total of 12 maps was played across the three days for a total prize pool of $90,000.
